Condition
New and refurbished, never confused
Every item we quote is labelled as one or the other, in writing, before you order. A refurbished unit is never sold as new.
- New
New equipment
Ordered to the specification we agree. Lead time depends on the item and the manufacturer, and we pass on the date the supplier gives us.
- Refurbished
Refurbished equipment
Previously in service, stripped, inspected and rebuilt, and quoted as refurbished with a record of the work carried out. Availability varies by category, so ask for the item you need.
Getting a price
Three ways to ask, all of them fine
You do not need the part number to start a conversation. Most enquiries begin with a photograph or a description.

You have the part number
Send it over and we will come back with availability and a price. A full bill of materials can be quoted line by line.
Send a part number or BOM
You have the old unit
Nameplate details are usually enough to identify what you had and determine a replacement. The tag number helps if the nameplate is missing. Read the details to us or bring them when you call.
Identify a replacement
You only know the application
A part number is not required. Tell us the medium, the pressure, the temperature, the line size and the duty, and we will identify a suitable option.
Describe the application
What helps us quote
The details that get you an accurate number
Send whatever you have. None of this is mandatory; each item moves the quotation from an estimate towards a firm figure.
Request equipment pricing- Line size and connection type
- Pressure class and rating
- Process medium, and anything unusual about it
- Operating pressure and temperature
- What the valve has to do — isolate, control, throttle
- Quantity, and whether this is a one-off or a repeat
- New or refurbished, if you have a preference
- Where it is going and when you need it

Part number, nameplate photograph or just the application — any of the three is a good start.
